The Director of Marketing, CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC), is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and promotional strategies that deliver measurable business value and achieve revenue goals with a focus on patient growth, practice development and brand enhancement. The Director of Marketing collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective development of long-term and short-term strategic marketing plans that align with system-wide goals. The role will work with the Vice President of Strategic Marketing and the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs, as well as CTC and CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances (CTMF) senior leadership to support company goals.
Manage day to day operations of the marketing and communications efforts for the CTC physicians and their practices
Audit and cross check processes to ensure marketing efforts & results consistently achieve expected results with measurable outcomes
Help monitor and ensure brand identity with system marketing and communications
Oversee & manage departmental marketing and communications budget
Analyze & interpret business trends, marketing performance & customer research
Develop & negotiate contracts with primary & potential external vendors
Facilitate communications between CTC physicians and leadership to achieve identified objectives and realize specific targets
Establish physician marketing goals within the timeframe of overall brand strategy & goal alignment from the leadership team and the VP of Strategic Marketing
Develop, plan and execute marketing programs & tactics identified to support the marketing strategy with a focus on patient volume increases and physician practice enhancement.
Develop close collaboration with ministry marketing/communications leaders (MMLs), especially with the CTMF MML.
Coordinate all CTC marketing and communications efforts
Support the development of digital and non-digital tactics/tools to increase awareness
Leverage the appropriate mix of marketing channels & tactics (including direct mail, digital mobile, social media, call center, event & content marketing) to produce the desired outcomes
Oversee response mechanisms for advertising efforts & monitor effectiveness of marketing programs
Develop a targeted marketing strategy to reach prospective patients through coordinated efforts
Partner closely with CHRISTUS System marketing & communication leaders to optimize CTC through the website, digital marketing, CRM implementation and public relations
Play key role in CHRISTUS corporate, regional and ministry communications activities
Manage marketing efforts for new physicians/physician practices that join the CTC network
Help foster and continue the strong brand and established culture of excellence for all CTC marketing and communication activities and initiatives
Execute long-term brand strategy with a focus on patients in the retail healthcare market including professional education, marketing access strategies and other strategic investments consistent with the overall strategy for the region
Assess and monitor the referral process from a marketing perspective
Audit the information regarding administrative needs of the clients as well as trends and problems identified through monitoring of performance
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and internet research
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry preferred, with emphasis on physician practice marketing and communications

Five to ten years of related experience with healthcare marketing and communications, strong preference for physician/physician group marketing
