Primary responsibility includes the development, execution and on-going management of product marketing materials and systems and communications that support of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management (WM) Client-Facing Professionals (CFPs). The position is responsible for helping to generate awareness and enhancement of the products and services offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. The job requires excellent strategic thinking, organization, creativity, a familiarity with investment concepts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Most importantly, the role requires a willingness to "roll up one's sleeves" and do whatever is needed to support the success of Deutsche Bank WM and CFPs. Consistent messaging across all product materials is key.
The primary product focus of the job will be on producing, updating, and distributing all product materials for Global Products & Solutions (which includes Advisory Solutions, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, Mutual Funds, Investment Solutions Group), Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Custody, Wealth Planning, Trust, Banking and Lending. Most product materials will be created in PowerPoint, so experience and skill with this software is essential
The primary channels will be the U.S. and Latin America. Working with the Product teams to developing meaningful Product and CFP relationships through both proactive and reactive support is a critical element of the position
Primary responsibility will be the development of marketing collateral to help CFPs enhance their current client relationships, as well as to prospect new clients. This collateral is stored in a system called WM Pitchbook, and this role owns the content and updating of the WM Pitchbook system on an ongoing basis, as materials are refreshed
The role involves developing and managing the Global Products and Solutions (GPS) intranet. As marketing materials are updated, they should be organized and posted to the intranet
The position requires some original writing on a wide range of subject matter, in a variety of formats. Writing will be required for marketing collateral (presentations, brochures and fact sheets) to support Deutsche Bank WM products and services. A combination of strong writing and investment product knowledge is required to do the job effectively
Wealth Management engages in investment campaigns/education multiple times per year, and the support of these campaigns and development of associated materials is essential. Editing, proofreading and updating of other materials is a related responsibility
It will be the responsibility of the individual to think strategically and execute on new ideas to help raise the profile of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management and its CFPs
The role requires a level of strategic thinking as well as a willingness to "roll up one's sleeves" and take on tasks required to help support product areas, CFPs, business lines and Deutsche Bank WM as a whole. This will include (but not be limited to) quarterly updating of product marketing materials, product-related website maintenance, handling colleague overflow, one-off field requests, etc
PowerPoint, and experience creating aesthetically appealing material is a must. Willingness to design internal web pages (intranet) is also required

Bachelor's degree with focus on economics, finance or marketing
Strong knowledge of financial services products, services and distribution is essential
Financial services writing experience preferred
Classic marketing/brand management experience a plus
