The International Franchise Association, a fast paced DC based association representing the world’s leading franchise companies seeks an aggressive, high energy person to assist in growing the membership. Specific duties include:
Contribute to departmental budget goals for recruitment and retention of franchisor, franchisee and supplier members
Provide telephone and email follow up to potential new members for the purposes of recruitment
Provide telephone and email follow up to current members that are outstanding in their dues payments for the purposes of retention.
Travel for IFA meetings and other industry events to introduce IFA and help recruit new members through exhibiting and attendance.
Respond to all membership retention and recruitment calls via written correspondence, telephone and e-mail.
Assist with activities of the membership committee and supplier forum advisory board
Assist with ongoing records maintenance of the IFA membership database.
Sales experience required. Strong phone/organizational skills and proficiency with association management software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
