We have an exciting new position for a Marketing Manager to join the team and manage the strategic marketing, promotions, events, customer service, and public relations efforts to enhance the value of Embarcadero Center and retail sales objectives.
The successful candidate will posses:
BA/BS degree required with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in advertising/marketing. Experience in the retail industry preferred
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Ability to supervise and delegate as needed
Ability to interact with co-workers, tenants, vendors and agencies in an articulate, pleasant, courteous and business-like manner at all times
Very strong communication, organization, attention to detail and multi-task management skills
Effective, proactive problem solving skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Website management and social media experience required
Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings and weekends as required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
