This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth of Rockwell Automation's global Power, Component and Sensing businesses. This position will work with Sales, Business Units and Marketing Functions to ensure a complete marketing strategy and a coordinated implementation plan. This person manages a team of people who must be able to work independently with multiple internal organizations and professionals at various levels, worldwide, with minimal supervision and direction. Initiate and drive the Power, Components & Sensing route to market through extensive knowledge of customer needs, market trends, customer/market segmentation, partner channel characteristics, target market size and external environmental trends. Establish and direct relationships with RA product groups, sales and partners to drive solution development and deployment. Responsible for on-going Portfolio Marketing strategy by developing a deep understanding of Rockwell Automation products/services/solutions, partnering opportunities and customer priorities. Is the 'face' of Rockwell Automation within a market/segment and is the go-to person for internal & external communications with respect to that market/segment. Accountable for overall budget facilitation, reports, and metrics for the market/segment area. KEY SKILLS, ABILITIES and ATTRIBUTES: -
