The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing, Executive Education will manage end-to-end planning, creation and execution of B2B direct response (lead generation) marketing campaigns to support Chicago Booth Executive Education program enrollment. Utilize a high concentration in content creation, print advertising, online advertising, website, microsites/landing pages, direct mail, and email campaigns. The role is also strategic in the development of online and offline growth strategies to manage quality lead generation, expand participant acquisition channels and increase user engagement.
Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns ensuring creative deliverables are met and aligned with overall campaign objectives for Custom and Open Enrollment Executive Education programs.
Plans and executes advertising, direct mail and email marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
Manages creation of print ads, social media ads, banner ads, landing pages and other digital assets.
Responsible for annual catalog, program guidebook print brochures and promotion.
Provides content management for the Executive Education website using Site Core.
Ensures data quality and hygiene across all lead generations programs.
Provides campaign and site tracking and performance/ROI reporting across all marketing campaigns (internal and third-party reporting tools; Google Analytics).
Manage production budgets and ROI for each campaign based on analysis of historical performance.
Manages outside creative and production vendor and agency relationships to maximize effectiveness; creates clear performance metrics with vendors and agencies; holds vendors and agencies accountable for performance
Education, Experience or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least five years of relevant professional experience required.
Experience with marketing automation and content management tools required, preferably with Marketo and Site Core.
Experience writing marketing tag lines, content creation, and brochure development required.
Technical Knowledge or Skills:
Prefer Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) preferred.
Detail oriented, highly analytical, skilled at making data-driven decisions and experienced in developing and delivering timely reports to track progress required.
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of how to prioritize workflow required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, required.
Exceptional ability to deal with stressful/demanding work situations without disruption of efficiency required.
Ability to manage cross-functionally across an organization and work with external partners preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to and manage changes in daily workflow required.
Ability to understand and balance the different priorities of executive education required.
Professional demeanor required.
Ability to work successfully as member of team required.
Ability to work flexible hours according to demands of business required.
