Posting Salary: $55,000-$86,500, commensurate with skills and experience
Position Summary: Founded in 1947 CEB is one of California's oldest and most prestigious legal information and continuing legal education providers. CEB publishes judgments of California case law, practical guidance for attorneys and, CLE all in a variety of practice areas and formats e.g. print, online and, in-person.
The Marketing Automation Administrator is responsible for managing CEB's marketing automation platform and related systems. This role will work to implement new initiatives, define operational processes and take steps to maximize effectiveness of campaigns. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for streamlining CEB's lead management process, oversee all marketing list pulls, list maintenance, work with our ESP (E-mail service provider) to prepare and send our marketing emails, as well as developing sales reports. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for creating nurture campaign and Marketo or Hubspot landing pages, forms, and email templates. This role will also be responsible for maintaining lead scoring and values.

A1: Administration and management of our Marketo implementation, including streamlining existing flows and building out campaigns, creating templates, landing pages, forms etc (E)

Job Requirements At least 5 years relevant experience with three years managing marketing automation systems.
Advanced working knowledge of Marketo and Hubspot.
Marketing Operations experience using Salesforce
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets to concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership
Ability to understand and interpret overall Marketing Strategy and apply that to customer targeting.
Ability to format sales reports to make them easy to understand, as well as create charts.
Demonstrated expertise in usability and visual design.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate CEB's business needs into landing pages/applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving, self-management, and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of HTML, preferred Working knowledge of Google ads, preferred Required
