HZO is looking for an experienced self-starter to join our team as a Sr. Lead & Demand Generation specialist. This role is responsible for targeting and passing along qualified top-of-funnel leads to our sales department by utilizing proven B2B lead generation tactics. The ideal candidate would be experienced in identifying ideal customer profiles, creating targeted outreach campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, and serving as a critical connection between marketing and sales. The candidate would interface with the rest of the marketing team to ensure content and communications are targeted to predefined customer profiles.
Manage online/offline demand generation tools and campaigns
Serve as the company administrator of HubSpot, and utilize HubSpot to increase the scale of demand generation programs
Create creative and targeted marketing campaigns for lead acquisition
Work with the marketing team to craft specific messaging in order to target the right audience and drive awareness
Create visibility of campaign metrics and ROI through reports to communicate target goals and current results to the team
Monitor and measure sales funnel activities
Manage and drive key business metrics including sales leads, MQLs, SQLs and other list building and sales opportunities
Utilize historical data to analyze and strengthen overall marketing/advertising strategies
Take responsibility for the relationship with sales and marketing team, strengthening communication between team members
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience with Hubspot including sales funnel implementation, database management, administration and marketing efforts
5+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment
2+ years specialized demand generation experience
Expert in marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing, and execution
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience managing budgets and process
Ability to work with the marketing and sales team to assist with company goals and directives
