AVP, Brand Marketing, Group Marketing, Consumer Financial Services

This role is responsible for growing the brand value of OCBC's Consumer Financial Services (CFS) group across all consumer products and services. This person will need to strengthen overall brand presence and visibility, grow the digital banking brand association and affinity amongst our consumer segments, organise key seasonal events leveraging our products and services, as well as support OCBC Group-wide branding initiatives.
Strategic management of owned, paid and earned brand assets
Sourcing and securing new opportunities for brand exposure in paid media spaces
Develop and drive key initiatives for new branches
Ensure consistent, brand aligned content across all owned assets
Ensure brand visibility for OCBC consumer segments, products and services
Leverage the group branding events to promote and drive engagement with customers
Organise and manage corporate hospitality representing CFS at group branding events
Governance and maintenance of marketing assets at Sports Hub to ensure relevant and effective messaging in driving the business
Chinese New Year, Christmas festive decorations and engagement activities for branches
Manage, curate and govern all art assets within branches and OCBC owned buildings
Min. 5 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in financial institutions
Strong communicator and proven ability in influencing cross functional business units
Confident in presentation and managing senior management and stakeholders
Proactive, organised, detail and results-oriented, with an eye for design
Exceptional team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to succeed in a highly matrixed organization
Able to work on own initiative to deliver optimum results
Good understanding of customer experience design
