Maintains CBRE brand, product, and client messaging and consistency by producing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and marketing packages for multifamily properties
Creates team material and acts as point of contact with analysis and advisory groups for project completion. Guides property marketing project teams and deal teams through listing process to deliver products to clients. Independently manages schedule.
Performs market research, organizes content, writes copy, creates content, and edits property photos used in marketing packages. Manages deal team resources throughout campaign process.
Responsible for creating, providing direction, and reviewing campaign email releases and offer summaries, as well as custom packages and templates for unique deals and portfolios while being responsible for delivery of collateral to client and local brokers
Oversees the maintenance of various information databases, and reviews and generates standard and ad hoc reports as required
Acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and advisory groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages
Interfaces directly with the clients when authorized by supervisor, resolving routine issues and responding to campaign and/or non-routine inquiries. Errors in judgment may cause medium to long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and line of business
Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Introduces and upon approval, implements own ideas for improving overall business and team functions to maximize productivity and improve efficiencies.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university or equivalent work experience required. Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred. 2-years of experience leading projects for multiple or a team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities required. Experience in the real estate industry and working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, basic knowledge of accounting and business law helpful.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos and other documents, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding; attention-to-detail skills required. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. General priority management both internally and externally. Establishing and achieving mutually accepted timelines for deliverables with brokers, 3rd parties and ownership. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced skills working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required. HTML experience preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and writing skills.
