The Office of Marketing and Communications is currently looking for a creative marketing professional to join Saint Joseph’s University. This individual will manage a number of campaigns and will be vital in shaping the university’s future in media and advertising across the region.
The Marketing Specialist will coordinate marketing and advertising workflow as well as work product, including ad flights, ad production, marketing collateral and a variety of branded and promotional assets. The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing but also supports the Executive Director of Marketing, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and other senior leaders in the division.

? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field ? At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly as a marketing specialist or coordinator ? Solid knowledge base of paid media strategies; advertising processes; ad development; digital marketing fundamentals (e.g., lead generation form creation and ad tracking and reporting); marketing collateral development, design and printing; branding and promotions ? Knowledge of administration and management of email marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Emma, etc. Knowledge and experience with iModules a plus ? Excellent written, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Additional Salary Information: The University offers a 403(b) with a contribution of up to 10% of the employee’s salary. In addition to 14 paid holidays, employees receive 12 sick days and a minimum of 10 vacation days per year. Medical, dental, and vision will be offered along with a variety of voluntary benefits. A tuition benefit for the employee and all dependents will also be available under the guidelines of our tuition policy.
