We are in the midst of an exciting global digital transformation spearheaded by our Technology and Digital Marketing teams, and seeking a hardworking and highly motivated team member to support this journey. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our teams in reaching more clients and driving business results through personalized, client-centric experiences.
Currently, our Growth Marketing team is largely focused on a pilot program. You will help validate our working model by executing pilot programs with client segments, business lines, and global regions. We are also building a platform that will create scale and capacity for our client-facing teams by giving them hands on access to growth marketing campaigns.
As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate on the Digital Marketing team you will:

Support the development of a digital marketing platform that enables client-facing teams to easily and quickly reach more clients with highly personalized campaigns
Provide day-to-day leadership for account-based marketing campaigns, including end-to-end execution (team coordination, data gathering, timeline management, etc.)
Drive a campaign calendar across multiple global businesses - balancing the need for unique content with the best opportunities to build scale as our new technology platform is rolled out
Become a student of PIMCO's data universe, looking for meaningful ways to influence segmentation and personalization approaches
Apply insights from PIMCO's LTCV and other data models to identify cross- and up-sell campaign opportunities (e.g., next best product)
Partner with Marketing Platforms team to provide technology requirements that streamline workflows and improve the client experience
Drive program-level enhancements, thinking critically about how digital marketing can best support client-facing teams and identify thoughtful cross-channel opportunities
Champion thoughtful A/B and multivariate tests that prove out hypotheses and drive business results
Use data to inform campaign optimization and evolution over time
Become familiar with PIMCO's Marketing Automation platform and be an active participant in build and QA processes
Be an authority on email marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies and educate partners
4-8 years of digital marketing, marketing platforms and/or campaign management experience
Significant email marketing experience, including campaign ideation, design, build, QA and optimization
Experience developing automated campaigns as part of multi-pronged, multi-channel marketing strategies
Familiar with CRM systems and how client-facing teams handle lead generation and client engagement
Ability to analyze data, teasing out actionable insights and opportunites
Experience with data-driven personas that inform practical segmentation
Shown success working in a fast-paced environment and within a complex, global organization
Track record of pursuing excellence while building strong professional relationships
Understanding of modern digital marketing platforms and practices
Proven ability to deliver with commitment to quality and attention to detail
Familiar with data science approached and models (e.g. comfortable with data)
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and Data Visualization
