The Development Marketing and Communications Team is seeking a passionate, strategic, organized, and highly motivated Project Manager to join its growing team.
Be responsible for assessing, prioritizing, coordinating and tracking projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, timelines and goals.
Lead day-to-day project activities; responsible for identifying and gathering resources; providing regular updates and status reports; providing recommendations for resolving potential issues, and keeping leadership informed.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Identify and respond to key challenges and areas of opportunity.
Forecast workload and resourcing needs.
Act as lead on select projects for Fundraising Events and Marketing and Communications teams as needed.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
A good decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
Able to work effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information.
Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
Capable of handling multiple priorities/events at the same time.
Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
An effective communicator, capable of resolving how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles.
Adept at learning quickly, applying insights from past efforts to new situations.
A Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of related project management experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors degree.
Experience with Basecamp & Jira a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
