Responsible for planning, development and implementation of a consistent look and feel for the company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relation efforts, both externally and internally. Oversees for the Brand’s position and has a unique voice in the market. Directs the efforts to coordinate, strategize and analyze the ROI of programs for future campaigns.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the organizational development of the department, which includes budgets, timelines and creative development
Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget and maintain company branding
Acts as a role model for the company mission and as the company representative with media
Coordinates media interest for the company and ensures contact with targeted media and appropriate responses to media requests
Produce ROI analysis for each marketing/ advertising campaign. Identification and development of tracking mechanisms to achieve the ROI analysis
Communicate regularly with department managers to understand needs both in the present and future to prioritize work load
Manage existing staff through prioritization of projects, project feedback and creative development
Marketing - Creative Direction
Oversee creative for all outlets and campaigns and provide creative direction, copywriting and design on projects to ensure consistency, service and quality
Establish and maintain graphic image and brand identities across all initiatives
Direct and lead high-profile projects.
Act as company expert for creative leadership in marketing
Provide creative support for company-sponsored events
Develop, edit and coordinate approvals for news releases, talking points, visual media products, internal stories, organizational announcements and presentations. Coordinate and write responses to media inquiries, support media interviews and tours and act as spokesperson for the company to the media
Write and edit external and internal communications
Research, plan, execute and measure activities encompassing public relations, media relations, internal communications, marketing communications and crisis communications
Support crisis communication planning and response
Managing the brand’s marketing plans and implementing its tactics, including advertising, promotions, communications and more
Negotiate all media contracts and added value merchandising
Development of the annual marketing plan including situation assessment, brand objectives, strategies and marketing programs
Coordinating with other directors to optimize positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy across the resort.
