We are looking for a forward-thinking marketer to join our Marketing team to lead a new Employer Brand Marketing initiative. Reporting to the CMO, this person will play an integral role in bringing CBRE's employer brand to life for all talent audiences - past, present and future. CBRE's talent brand embodies the people, culture, work and purpose of our company and is a critical component of our overall brand promise and strategy.
Recruiting, developing and retaining top diverse talent across CBRE is critical to our ability to innovate and deliver on behalf of customers. As such, the person in this role will partner with the business, People, Corporate Communications and marketing colleagues to ensure talent - both within the company today and future hires - engages with CBRE in meaningful, distinctive and innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities
Work with marketing colleagues, Communications team, employees and stakeholders to gain insight into the 'voice of talent' to drive strategy and develop the employer brand as a strategic pillar of CBRE's overall purpose and brand.
Ensure employer brand is embedded into the messages, content and experiences of enterprise-wide initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, inclusion and diversity, awards and rankings and corporate citizenship.
Extend our employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at CBRE
Reimagine marketing strategy, campaigns, and events aimed to attract top diverse talent to CBRE across all levels (from campus recruits to executive and experienced hires).
Partner with Corporate Communications and Corporate Responsibility team to leverage CBRE's extensive CSR efforts to further brand awareness and recognition and be a driver of employee recruitment and retention.
Drive engagement across all go-to-market touchpoints including key messages, digital and social channels, creative development, media campaigns, campus road shows, employer-related media, diversity campaigns and more.
Drive awareness and adoption of our employer brand messaging internally to provide more consistency and clarity to our brand externally.
Work with Corporate Communications team on recruitment and employer-of-choice related press opportunities and employer rankings
Oversee the analytics and reporting of talent campaigns; optimize for success.
Assess feasibility and formation of CBRE alumni program

Education and Other Experience
15+ years of Marketing/Communications/Brand experience
Bachelor's degree in a marketing or communications-related field, MBA a plus
Experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing, Internal Communications, Field Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and/or Demand/Lead Generations space
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to analyze complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
