Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with an International Financial Research and Technology firm who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Following new senior leadership and private equity backed investment, there is an increased focus on driving marketing as a commercial output for the business. This is an exciting, broad and hands-on marketing role operating at a mid-management level.
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for targeting the Financial Adviser sector, targeting clients within this space. Working closely with the sales function, this is a commercial marketing position targeted to drive growth and lead generation.
As Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
Delivering integrated campaigns for lead generation purposes
Measuring campaign effectiveness
Work across teams to build out structured revenue generating marketing campaigns for prospects and existing clients
Be responsible for overseeing our Go-To-Market and product launch processes; acting as a link between sales and the propositions and research teams
Develop and execute client segmentation and contact strategies
Successful candidates will have;
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to work
Previous experience working within Financial Services either a Fintech marketing a similar product or IFA
Experience developing campaign messaging and strategy
A commercial approach with a strong ROI mindset
Knowledge of marketing automation systems including Hubspot
Salary up to £65,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
