JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a customer-centric, creative marketing professional to join our Southeast property marketing team. You'll serve as a single point of contact for sales professionals in Atlanta, Nashville and Charlotte and perform complex marketing tasks including project management, writing and design. You'll use your creativity and industry knowledge to brainstorm with and advise our sales professionals while constantly improving the quality of work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build meaningful relationships with our sales teams, learn their property marketing process and preferences, and be seen as their partner in marketing their listings
Work with individual sales teams to determine a strong marketing strategy for their listing and connect them with the appropriate strategy and resource model
Brainstorm and advise sales teams on strategies, themes, and taglines for their property marketing collateral.
Create a library of "off the shelf" strategic resources for teams to self-service.
Manage the creation of collateral to market our commercial real estate listings, including brochures, emails, websites, signage, offering memorandums, and more
Oversee all projects from start to finish, working with our design team to execute the deliverables - maintain schedule of active projects using Function Fox, assign projects based on availability, communicate what is needed for each project with designers, check drafts for quality control
Support design workflow by making edits and completing design work as needed
Act as the lead in workflow coordination across two graphic designers and a marketing specialist covering separate markets
Collaborate with local business development team on investor pursuits to add value at the point of sale
Effectively communicate and enforce guidelines and thresholds
Organize all native files and project info on Box, ensuring the folders use appropriate naming conventions and structure is consistent
Manage outsourced graphics support (maps, site plans, stack plans)
Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met
Ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Coordinate with local business development and national property marketing teams to share knowledge about our current listings, commonly used assets like maps and photos, and best practices for managing your projects and marketing our listings
As a senior member of the Southeast property marketing team, take the lead on proactively identifying challenges the team regularly faces and propose solutions for added efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
