Transformation Coordinator
Transformation Coordinator with responsibilities associated with supporting Communications Department on the West Palm Beach Site.
Responsible for duties such as:
Support Communications lead to WPB Campus on external/internal communications, executive communications, etc.
Generate content for West Palm Beach Web Page and MySite
Support / write / post to social media channels
Support Crisis communications planning, coordination, and execution
Support management communications for WPB leadership (internal meetings, all hands, skip levels, etc.).
Assist in developing leadership presentations, speeches, talking points, Q&A, media interviews, and executive communications for internal and external use
Support employee message process
Provide weekly/monthly reports
Support customer relations and employee event support on site as needed (Customer / Supplier tours, Employee / Recruitment tours, special events, celebrations)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year and a minimum of zero to two years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
None.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
