Who you are You will manage and be responsible for the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for Colliers REMS, US. You will be responsible for the design, strategic planning and execution of national and localized digital initiatives to market services and acquire/retain customers. You will work with both the national and local marketing teams as well as business leaders to enhance our digital footprint across US through various digital mediums. (website, social, SEM, SEO, banner ads, email marketing etc.). You will be responsible for leading, developing and oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies and leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions and vision. What you bring - A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO, SEM, display networks, social media and content management.
- Minimum of 2+ years of graphic design experience
- In-depth experience with search engine marketing, display advertising networks and retargeting, specifically with Google Ads.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and latest developments in SEO, SEM and Google Ads.
- Deep knowledge of ad serving technologies and online advertising concepts.
- Demonstrated track record creating and executing lead generating online marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Solid presentation, coaching/mentoring and training skills.
- Strong team player and collaborative
- Experience working with a style guide and brand
Bonus skills and experience - Commercial Real Estate Marketing experience is preferred.
- CMS experience (Sitecore and Sharepoint are an asset).
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) is required and an important aspect of this role.
- Motion Graphics and Video experience
