The Digital Marketing Manager is a member of the digital marketing work group within the U. S. strategic property marketing team. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, quality control, and achievement of growth targets through the successful completion of departmental initiatives and management of daily customer and collaborator inquiries.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of digital projects, including multiple marketing associates, around Google Analytics tagging/tracking, reporting, Salesforce data management, domain management and website compliance.
Partner with department heads and marketing leaders to gather information to understand the priorities and needs of the US property management business and ensures the function is aligned with their priorities, as well as the Greystar enterprise strategy.
Serves as a digital marketing point of contact for projects managed by multiple cross functional teams to ensure that the department's requirements are communicated and incorporated into solutions.
Identify and develop revenue opportunities for programs the work group is responsible for.
Prepares and updates revenue projections to inform key business leaders of the function's progress on achieving established revenue goals and project priorities.
Oversee a team daily departmental operational tasks, monitoring customer inquiries and responding to help desk tickets.
Identify process automation to improve overall productivity while creating efficiencies.
Performs tactical support assisting customers through a variety of communication channels while using subject matter expertise and experience to personally resolve issues in a multi-systems environment prior to escalating to other work groups and teams.
Engages relationships with external marketing vendors, consultants, and experts to support execution of digital marketing projects, and manages external resources against established standards for quality, timeliness, and service excellence.

Maintains an ongoing knowledge of developments in the field of digital marketing to help the company operate with efficiency and innovation.
Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within and outside the industry.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with customer-facing ecommerce, content/experience management, or property management platforms/systems.
Ability to manage a team.
Well versed in Google Analytics, Web tagging and tracking, and Paid Media channels.
High proficiency using Excel, and all other MS Office applications as well as task management platforms.
Demonstrated proficiency in complex data analysis, reporting and data management.
Experienced in leading and managing digital projects, large and small. Can set priorities effectively and organize workload to achieve maximum outputs on time.
Solid understanding of project management processes including requirements development and management, scope definition, communication management, budget management, reporting, risk identification and stakeholder engagement.
Candidates should possess diplomacy and good judgment so they can leverage these skills to communicate persuasively through all levels of the organization.
Initiates change and is a self-starter. Takes on and produces a high volume of work. Can sustain a heavy workload over an extended period.
Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and dedication to staying organized.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Digital or creative agency experience is preferred.
