Bank of Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive its digital marketing strategy and support its rapid business growth with a focus on lead generation. In this role, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Team and will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive marketing efforts in the region, leveraging your strong grasp of the industry. Develop digital marketing strategy for the wealth management company and manage the end-to-end lead management process
Oversee the workflow processes and systems across the lead conversion funnel and establish strong partnership with internal stakeholders to handoff leads for enrichment
Oversee the existing digital marketing campaigns, while taking the initiative to develop new methods of outreach via digital platforms
Effectively leverage and develop relevant content e.g. articles, thought-leadership pieces, social media posts for digital marketing campaigns
Build innovative solutions, leveraging digital marketing strategy and technology to impact business targets, and client experience
Drive growth through vendor research and outreach through audience targeting, emerging media channels, digital analytics capabilities and personalisation
Manage the social media platforms, executing social media campaigns and content
Analyse and measure the campaigns performance through marketing metrics against goals (ROI and KPIs).
At least 8 years of work experience in digital marketing either in the industry or a digital agency
SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, Google / Adobe Analytics, A/B testing skills are necessary
Strong knowledge of paid and owned media tactics
Strong knowledge in social listening and competitor benchmarking
Knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX is a bonus
Knowledge of CMS, marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage
Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multitasking
