We are working with a highly entrepreneurial PE backed Marketing Agency that has seen exponential organic growth in recent years. Having recently partnered with a PE firm they are now looking for an experienced investment professional to play a key role in building out the business into a market leader. This role will involve sourcing potential bolt-on acquisitions, across the UK and US, meeting with management and running the acquisition process alongside the partner fund. This is a founder led business and you will be working very closely with the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and appraising potential acquisition targets through management meetings
Work actively with the founders/backing fund to lead on M&A
YOUR PROFILE:
Self-starter, with ability to work independently and productively, and thrive in a loosely-structured entrepreneurial environment
Prior investment experience within private equity, both on originating and executing investments, is a must
Ability to thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, and ability to build strong rapport
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
