Wells Fargo's Credit Card Marketing team is seeking a Customer Engagement senior Marketing Program Manager 3 to contribute to the rapid growth of our credit card business by delivering compelling multi-channel marketing offers and experiences that deepen loyalty and engagement with existing card customers. You will translate business objectives into marketing strategies that delight customers and drive measureable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Insights & Analytics, Finance, and Marketing Execution Centers of Excellence to design and execute campaigns end-to-end, creating an exceptional and memorable experience for customers. Your contributions will be a key driver in building loyalty with Wells Fargo to capture and retain top of wallet position.
Oversee development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that feature key Wells Fargo card benefits, offers and features to existing card customers that create loyalty and capture greater share of wallet
Partner with cross-functional team to define core objectives and strategic priorities that generate revenue for the business
Drive innovation to deliver improved experiences and marketing results
Track and report on campaign performance and business results
Navigate across organizational lines to align on multi-relationship customer engagement strategies & objectives to grow overall enterprise engagement

7+ years of marketing experience
Other Desired Qualifications
3+ years marketing credit card or other financial services products across integrated channels in accordance with Fair Lending regulations
Experience with emerging payment trends ie: digital wallets, installments on card, contactless payment methods, etc.
Proven team player with experience guiding and maximizing performance in cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
