The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for creation, execution, and measurement of the regional marketing strategy in conjunction with the regional team. This role serves as a critical link between global marketing and regional sales teams including channel marketing partners. In this dynamic role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to meet the marketing needs of the Rockwell Automation's North America East Sales Region through campaign creation and campaign amplification, regional events and webinars, social selling, and sales and channel enablement.

What you will do:
Responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing programs that impact Rockwell Automation's North America East Sales Region.
Support Global Marketing Campaigns and localize them to the East Sales Region, as necessary.
Responsible for planning, project management, execution, and enablement for events including regional webinars, Rockwell Automation led events, Third-Party Trade Shows, and Distributor/Partner led events. Manage lead generation and follow-up with sales. Responsible for tracking event outcome, evaluating event ROI, evaluating new event opportunities. Manage event spend and budget.
Identify and lead opportunities for improvement and acceleration of promotional campaigns, sales engagement, sales lead nurturing activities and customer follow-up. Provide input to campaign program managers.
Resource to field sales for all things marketing. First point of contact for marketing-related questions and requests in the field. Capture and prioritize feedback from the field on marketing campaigns and events and take appropriate action.
Engage with distributor marketers to amplify campaigns and develop co-marketing strategies.
Support monthly and quarterly cadences with stakeholders including sales leadership and distributor marketing leadership.
Lead or support Marketing Process Improvement initiatives for North America.
Lead necessary trainings as needed for Rockwell Automation integrated sales and marketing strategies.
Who you will work with:

Bachelor's degree or Associates degree with equivalent experience (3-5 years).
At least 3 years of marketing/sales or relevant experience.
