The Mission / What we offer
The Trauma & Extremities divisions is one of the largest businesses in Stryker in Europe. We offer innovative solutions for the treatment of bone fractures and management of specific orthopaedic pathologies including shoulder, hand, and foot.
Within our Trauma & Extremities division, you would join the European Education team, composed of 6 people whose main objectives are the training of orthopaedic surgeons as well as our sales force.
Under the responsibility of the Sr. Manager, Education, you will support various team members in developing the strategy and organizing training of our customers and our sales force.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the integration of Wright Medical (recently acquired by Stryker)
Update our communication and training tools
Support organization of European courses (internal and external)
Coordination of the course schedule
Development of digital training in collaboration with the digital marketing team
Support creation of content (videos, presentations, etc.)
Coordination central pool of demonstration equipment
You will interact on a daily basis with the education and marketing teams, at a European and local level, to accomplish your objectives.
Some travel throughout Europe would be expected.
Your profile / What we are looking for
Interest to work in the health care industry and are interested in technical products such as medical devices
Working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in the field of business, engineering, dual science and management, or healthcare, ideally with a minimum of 3 years of higher education / university studies completed
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint, and general computer tools
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence others, able to work well autonomously
Ideally some prior marketing or event organization experience
Internship, apprenticeship, work-study contract; ideally for at least 12 months
