What You'll Bring:
As a Product Marketing Lead for a Healthcare product line, you are responsible for driving TransUnion's product marketing strategy and execution to maximize revenue for specific Healthcare solutions. In this role, you will act as the quarterback and champion to identify and execute on go-to-market initiatives to scale adoption of existing products, product bundles and new product launches through the development of go-to-market strategies, positioning, market and competitive analyses, marketing collateral, account-based marketing, sales enablement tools and ideas (and content) to support marketing campaigns.
This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with product development, sales, corporate marketing, and external clients and industry groups to bring solutions to market and develop innovative programs that drive demand.
Your knowledge and experience within the Healthcare industry and go-to-market expertise will allow you to develop creative sales enablement and engagement programs to empower successful sales channels.
5-8 years' experience in product marketing or related experience in marketing communications and/or market research
3-5 years' healthcare industry experience (revenue cycle management and/or health finance experience preferred)
Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or healthcare required. MBA preferred.
Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectiveness of product positioning against client challenges
Proven track record in executing successful go-to-market programs, including product launch and positioning activities that drive significant revenue growth
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 20% or as required (US-based)
Impact You'll Make:
Act as a primary consultant on product marketing / go-to-market matters adding deep levels of industry market knowledge and specialization
Support go-to-market strategy for applicable new product launches and initiatives with tailored messaging articulating market use cases
Market intelligence - be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to compete against them
Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of TransUnion Healthcare products to the sales team and develop both internal and external sales tools that support the selling process, including client presentations, sales training, product sheets, case studies and white papers
Collaborate with business and product teams to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates TransUnion Healthcare in the market
Support the account-based marketing (ABM) program with goals of increasing engagement, close rates, and revenue from target accounts
Collaborate with corporate marketing to build and create effective lead generation, advertising and PR initiatives that support product marketing plans for Healthcare solutions
Track key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectiveness

We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered.
Salary Range: $66,555.00 - $126,645.00
