Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager, the Sr. Brand Marketing Associate is a key player in driving the execution of the business unit annual marketing plan across Europe and EEMEA.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Public Access business in the achievement of the annual financial target via the implementation of fundamental and innovative marketing activities.
You will be also responsible for translating the EMEA strategy into local plans, by partnering with in-country Marketing and Sales stakeholders to ensure the execution of the local market strategy.

What you will do:
Support the sales force in collecting, processing, and sharing information about AED reference sites, success stories, selling best practices, and competitor's activity.
Develop product training materials to provide continuous and effective education to direct and indirect sales teams.
Support the implementation of core marketing projects to scout for innovative ways to deploy AEDs leveraging our current sales force.
Partner with Marcomm teams and external agencies to drive the execution of the digital marketing strategy for the business unit.
Partner with central and local marketing teams to create tactical marketing activities to create synergies over different market segments and strengthen the sales for the LIFEPAK and HeartSine brand.
Provide support in the execution of tradeshows and events (onsite or virtual).
Conduct market research and provide input for the creation of the annual marketing plan for the business unit.
The Senior Brand Marketing Associate coordinates and manages sales support through the education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
2+ years of work experience required
2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
Fluent in English
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
