The Marketing Analyst is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of what is most effective in targeting, engaging, and converting our key audiences in a primarily digital environment using data and analytics from multiple sources and platforms. Must be able to translate quantitative data, integrate qualitative research, and then develop actionable and easy-to-understand insights for the Marketing Division. Will consistently analyze marketing metrics across channels (websites, paid media, social, email, and others) and synthesize results into meaningful observations that can be shared with campaign strategists and owners. Will make actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns for better results and ROI. Will collaborate closely with marketing channel teams to identify opportunities and efficiencies within campaigns, audiences, budgets, etc. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing and Research, the Analyst will extrapolate data and work with the Director to fully flesh out insights for various campaigns, initiatives and priorities. Will work closely with Marketing Strategy team in order to ensure any insights are leveraged and integrated into their campaign planning.
