We currently seek a Director of Marketing to serve as a leader and collaborator within our Marketing Communications Department. Primarily, you will develop and execute strategic marketing and growth initiatives to build brand awareness, grow consumer brand preference, and increase volumes and market share for clinical services, programs and practices consistent with system’s business objectives. You will work collaboratively to create and execute brand and volume-driving strategies to achieve brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage and market relevance. Additionally, you will:
Identify the need for primary and secondary research to support strategic marketing and brand planning and incorporates insights into the marketing planning process.
Represent the voice of the customer to inform business, marketing, and brand strategy.
Oversee/collaborate on brand messaging, design & creative execution through communication vehicles (print, TV, direct mail, outdoor, radio, digital media platforms, collateral, special events.
Oversee development of digital strategies that align marketing communications with business development, growth, engagement (Website, CRM, SEO/SEM).
Collaborate on the development and execution of messaging strategies that align business/growth opportunities with brand/image awareness and reputational goals of system, entities, and providers.
Strategic, creative, and production oversight for marketing collateral projects each year, inclusive of advertising campaigns, webpages, newsletters, patient engagement tools and resources consistent with established brand standards and objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Public Relations, or related field required. Masters’ degree in related field preferred.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience and successful record of success in leading an integrated strategic corporate marketing program.
Healthcare Marketing Experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Elevated level of leadership skills, to assist in the alignment of the organization to a disciplined, strategic marketing approach
Strong analytical skills, ability to manage, synthesize and distill marketing research, performance analytics and business intelligence to ensure transparency and effective use of resources against marketing objectives.
Ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects, events, and resources (internal and external)
