Job Description Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and integrated marketing strategies to advance the college's mission, brand the institution, and support enrollment management. Provide leadership, counsel, and support on the strategic planning, design, and production of key marketing and advertising of the college. Work collaboratively with the campus community to achieve the college's strategic objectives. Supervise and manage the marketing office.

Master's degree in Marketing or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing management.
At least two years of experience working as a supervisor.
Experience with advertising, media buys, and social media ads with deliverable outcomes and metrics.
Advanced skills in market analysis and strategic planning including knowledge of environmental scanning, direct mail, and media operations.
Strong skills in strategic planning and project management.
Ability to lead, manage expectations, and guide decision-making in teams with individuals from all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of multimedia design, production, and publishing.
Experience with search optimization systems.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in marketing applications and tools.
Ability to organize and implement work schedules effectively.
Excellent oral, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
High degree of creativity.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must be adaptable and flexible, and willing to handle uncertainty
Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office-related equipment, such as but not limited to a personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. No significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, or repetitive motions.
Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Night and/or weekend work may be necessary. Anticipate occasional travel to other College sites)
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.

A background investigation will be conducted prior to the offer of employment. A signed authorization for the release of personal information will be required if selected for an interview.
