The Marketing Manager oversees the efficient and effective creation of marketing campaigns, strategies and materials. From start to finish, the Marketing Manager oversees team communication, maintains timelines and assists in evaluating ROI after completion. The Marketing Manager will build and maintain successfully dynamic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.

Key Results/Responsibilities:
Manages and executes marketing plans and projects to support the strategic direction of the institution
Coordinates resources, collaboratively establishes project scope and leads the project team to fulfillment
Tracks the progress of assigned projects and communicates status to stakeholders
Assists with project quality assurance and upholding brand standards
Builds collaborative relationships with team members and other departments
Evaluates the effectiveness of campaign strategies and collaborates with stakeholders on continuous improvement efforts
Knowledge of:
Building marketing campaigns from strategy to tactics
Strong writing and multimedia content development skills that will promote engagement and resonate with established recruitment target audiences
Skilled and able to plan and/or create content for paid digital marketing, as well as social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
Ability to compile and analyze results of marketing programs or initiatives
Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands
Developing effective work teams to meet goals and objectives and provide customer services in the most cost-effective and efficient manner

Required Qualifications:
Edcuation Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field; AND two (2) years of professional experience in marketing; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
