Job Description Summary: As the OEM/Dealer Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible the strategy, development, and implementation of campaign marketing efforts with OEM and Dealer Group partners. This role is focused on acquisition, retention, and go to market strategies and capabilities. We seek hardworking, hands-on marketers who balance creative approaches with a data-driven mentality. The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing campaign management, demand generation and ABM, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales and demand gen, and most importantly, a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
A Successful Marketing Manager, OEM and Dealer Groups Will:
Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies that engage and convert OEM and Dealer Group partners.
Design strategic approach and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs based on inbound and outbound tactics across key platforms and partners that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth. Determine the appropriate tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and social.
Understand market opportunities, help identify target personas, define tactics and execution channels in order to orchestrate multi-touch programs and campaigns, leveraging a variety of channels (digital, paid social, email, direct mail, display advertising, webinars, etc).
Partner with sales on demand and account based strategies, share campaign insights, and educate them on the benefits of using an account-based approach.
Influence and partner with cross-functional team members in Product Marketing to develop messaging and content appropriate for target personas. Leverage tools and platforms (Eloqua, Qualified, Sendoso, Salesforce, etc.) to progress accounts through the buyer's journey.
Build strong working relationships within our commercial and product teams to create joint messaging, and create engaging marketing campaigns and content
Track and measure program success, continuously improve and maximize results.
3-5+ years of marketing, advertising, or demand generation experience, preferably in a B2B, high-growth marketing environment.
Experience with marketing campaign and lead generation, demand generation processes, performance analytics, and best practices.
Understand upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics.
Automotive industry experience ideal
Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce
Passion for and commitment to driving results.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
Proven understanding of core business processes including sales, marketing, and business development.
Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep the plan in motion
A great communicator with interpersonal skills; savvy networker experience working with many internal and external stakeholders, in addition to managing relationships with different vendors, organizations within our (automotive) industry, agencies, on-site event staff and more

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $54,400 to $112,800. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
