Job Description Summary: The Marketing Design Manager is a crucial role that is tasked with bringing the marketing vision to life! This role will conceptualize, strategize, and produce highly creative design solutions for deliverables in print and digital. You'll manage multiple projects with varying deadlines as you develop design and communication solutions that are on-strategy and support brand guidelines.
A Successful Marketing Design Manager Will:
Responsible for creative digital and print projects that may include concept development, design development, production, preparation of electronic artwork for production and development
Collaborate across commercial teams on new campaign ideas and iterations from concept to final deliverables
Partner with agency designers to properly adapt campaigns ideas into email, print or digital designs
Periodically refresh campaigns with new imagery, templates, and designs
Maintain organization of digital brand assets and update as new content is made available (logos, colors, fonts, etc)
Build and maintain modular email areas that can be quickly adapted to a variety of use cases
Create brand assets such as PowerPoint templates, email templates, website graphics, to support internal and external marketing efforts
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in visual design, graphic design, marketing or communications
Minimum 2-3 years' previous experience as a graphic designer for digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience in After Effects and UX/UI a bonus
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, email marketing and social media
Knowledge of web-based Social Networking tools and sites

Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep the plan in motion
A great communicator with interpersonal skills; savvy networker experience working with many internal and external stakeholders, in addition to managing relationships with different vendors, organizations within our (automotive) industry, agencies, on-site event staff and more.
A strong collaborator and partner across stakeholders, teams and functions.
What We Offer:
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $77,400 to $139,800. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
