Loyola University Maryland's Department of Marketing invites applicants for a Visiting Assistant Professor (or Instructor) Jason note: Visiting Lecturer?? I am unsure about the title of the position of Marketing for the academic year 23-24 (Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024). Candidates must possess, at a minimum, an MBA degree in marketing or related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution.
Applicants must show evidence of, or potential for, excellence in teaching and a commitment to service for the department. The teaching load is expected to be four courses each semester and will involve teaching courses in the areas of Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing Research. These courses will be taught during the day and evening.
The Department of Marketing currently comprises six full-time tenure-track faculty and two full-time teaching faculty. The department consists of diverse faculty working in the areas of analytics, new product development, consumer behavior, and branding among other areas. Our faculty are currently engaged in a wide variety of research topics such as consumer decision making, branding and innovation.
The Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J., School of Business and Management is AACSB-accredited in business and accounting and offers undergraduate and graduate programs.
