The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales, the Associate Director manages and implements B2C marketing campaigns for a portfolio of open programs and general marketing campaigns. This individual will also manage the relationships with our partners to implement and approve all co-branded marketing collaterals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain all marketing assets, lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns to support a portfolio of Open Programs.
Create and maintain an alum engagement calendar that includes but is not limited to: direct mail, email marketing, social media, and incentives.
Manage relationships with creative agencies and closely work with Senior Associate Director, Digital Marketing with 3rd party vendors (like Google, Bing, and LinkedIn) to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Launch new initiatives and channels that will unlock new growth for the business. Measure channel performance regularly and report on how marketing is driving key metrics.
Develop in person or online events to increase our visibility and brand awareness among HR, L&D, and senior business executives. Work on marketing and sales asset to support our outreach and communication, such as website, collaterals, PowerPoint deck, etc.
Support the Head of Sales and Marketing on new branding or marketing projects to support the Executive Education team.
Manages internal and external resources (faculty, agencies, photographers, videographer, etc.) to develop and deliver content.
Oversees production and maintenance of content across mediums ??? from print and digital assets to ensure the program content is consistent throughout all mediums.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor???s degree or its equivalent required. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience required.
Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish professional working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues, external partners, clients, delegates, and vendors. The ideal candidate anticipates opportunities and challenges, identifies and implements creative solutions, and works well under deadlines and pressure. Fluency in MS Office suite a must, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies (i.e., CRM/ databases and internet publishing tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services or luxury sectors and knowledge of the higher education market is a plus.
