We are seeking an Associate Director of Digital Content! This position manages the Tepper School of Business websites and digital communication projects to drive brand growth, enhance reputation, and demonstrate thought leadership that demonstrates the school's brand position: The Intelligent Future.
This role requires expertise in strategic website content development, planning, execution, and analytics with a focus on UX and SEO standard processes. The person in this role serves as administrator for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager properties, and implements tracking tags for advertising and agency use. They develop reporting standards and create monthly dashboards to monitor progress and improvements using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
Project scope includes the main Tepper School website domain, a new thought leadership microsite, research center sites, initiative sites, the digital alumni magazine, and more. Additional work could include managing videos, podcasts, infographics, and other digital content.
Critical to this role are excellent writing and copy-editing skills, keen attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The person in this role works with a team of communications and marketing professionals and collaborates with leadership, academic program directors, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners. They serve as the liaison to technology partners at the school and university levels.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital project management, website maintenance, and content creation
Proficient in web development platforms, such as Cascade or WordPress
Ability to analyze web analytics and use data to inform project strategies
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
Bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, marketing, or professional writing
