The Marketing and Public Relations Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the brand, marketing, and communications strategies for CCM that support the enrollment and retention goals of the college. Manages a wide variety of projects, marketing tactics, project schedules, marketing budget, and communications. Leads and develops the communications team. This role ensures brand messaging and all college communications are cohesive and consistent both externally and internally. Community events and relationship building with media and the press is required.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with 2 – 5 years of experience in brand, marketing or advertising. 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
