St. Ambrose University seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Communications and Marketing. Reporting to the Vice President for Strategic Growth, Marketing, and Digital Transformation, the Associate Vice President will be critical in leading and implementing the university's strategic communications and marketing initiatives. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of higher education, and a passion for promoting the mission and values of St. Ambrose University. The AVP will play a pivotal role in enhancing the university's reputation and visibility through strategic brand management, innovative strategies, and comprehensive communication and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, fostering strong media relations, and leveraging digital platforms to engage diverse audiences. The AVP will lead a talented team of professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to advance St. Ambrose University's mission and uphold its commitment to providing transformative educational experiences. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably in higher education. Position is open until filled.
