TheRole: S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking an exceptional and highly collaborativeSenior Marketing Managerto join our expanding ecosystem marketing team.
The Global Partnerships Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering compelling global and regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events, in close collaboration with a range of leading data and technology partners, commercial stakeholders, and regional marketing teams in pursuit of commercial growth. This role forms an important part of our Ecosystem and Partner Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing co-marketing engagement with key external partners and influencers across the global energy and commodities landscape.

The impact: This exciting role will oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership campaigns and marketing programs to drive demand generation, spanning digital, events, sales enablement, and content marketing tactics. You will drive global marketing initiatives, contribute to regional plans and activities, and steer the onboarding and launch of new partnerships. The ability to build collaborative relationships at multiple levels internally and externally is key to success. A positive, upbeat approach and the ability to manage several simultaneous tasks, projects and stakeholders while remaining focused are also key factors to successful performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop innovative global marketing engagement plans in line with global, regional, and commercial goals and opportunities
Cultivate existing relationships while building new partnerships across key commodity focus areas designed to further commercial goals
Execute tactical marketing programs (Campaigns, events, content creation, enablement, digital activation) in partnership with channel partners, regional and global marketing, and commercial strategy teams
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through better audience segmentation, digital techniques, and processes; be aware of latest lead, audience, and content-led customer acquisition advancements
Establish an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, building strong connections and trust
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics in support of partnership goals
Form strong partnerships with internal marketing, content, commercial and product teams
What We're Looking For:
Passion and focus, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and energetic person wishing to take on a new challenge
Minimum 5 years in a marketing role, or similar experience; B2B financial and energy services experience a plus
Experience managing partner marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels to drive B2B commercial growth
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups internally and externally
Experience in working across global environment with cultural acumen
Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, organizational and time management skills - a strong individual contributor and team player capable of balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to turn analysis into actionable items and to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs
A customer-centric attitude and the motivation to work entrepreneurially on a regional marketing team
Preferred skills:
Experience of working with and within the Saas, Cloud & Data Solutions communities a plus
Deeper knowledge and interest in social media and digital marketing platforms
Experience in building and managing customer data (targeting, segmentation, campaign sizing, propensity modeling)
Energy & Commodities markets industry knowledge a plus
Ability to demonstrate a track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
Grade (relevant for internal applications only) : 11
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
