Provide oversight, guidance, and strategic direction for TXCPA’s. To help develop and engage a diverse student population and grow the interest with engagement of student’s career in accounting.
Work with Texas high schools to enhance pre-college students' awareness of accounting.
Establish connections with Texas's approved schools and institutions to collaborate on presentations and programs aimed at drawing students into the accounting field.
Encourage the development of materials for candidates and students.
Keeps informed of new and developing trends in academic relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and advises employees on how to make the most of them to achieve goals.
To promote accounting jobs, work closely with the membership, marketing, and communications departments on messaging and plans.
Organize ambassador programs for the professors and students.
To facilitate the way the students, learn about accounting as they are ready to enter the job, collaborate with and support student finance and accounting organizations like Beta Alpha Psi.
TXCPA outreach programs for educators and students should be coordinated with those of the regional chapters, and the pipeline should be developed as a result of this cooperation.
Organize the TXCPA Pipeline strategy's execution.
Assist the student engagement and scholarship committees as the staff's point of contact.
Utilize the staff at TXCPA's disposal to help the program's aims.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field
Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external committees.
Ability to meet planning and project management skills.
