Position Summary:
PART-TIMETEMPORARY
This position is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies for Engage Wellness medical fitness program based in the Home Instead Center for Successful Aging at UNMC. Working within UNMC and Nebraska Medicine branding guidelines, position will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and developing marketing communications for social media, print production, content development, web strategy, brochures, handouts, graphics, and other ads that promote Engage. This person is responsible for meeting with and delivering presentations to potential internal and external partners to promote Engage Wellness. These partners include internal partners, such as health care providers, UNMC/NM staff, and new employees, and external partners in the Omaha community including senior-focused organizations, churches, senior living facilities, and private practice groups. Applicant must have excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of marketing approaches, the ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently, and build relationships to increase awareness of Engage Wellness and grow the number of Engage members . The individual will also work with the Engage Wellness program manager to track new members, member retention, and monitor key metrics, and provide data reports, and then to adjust strategies based on these metrics.
