Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, lead market research and intelligence-gathering, and translate complex data into meaningful insights. Ask the right questions, build relationships with key stakeholders, and leverage data in order to maximize this data-driven approach to service-line and other marketing campaigns, ensuring key performance indicators are expertly developed, measured, and refined. · Manage the date ecosystem and structure of our marketing CRM and PRM platforms, conduct market research, and manage agency relationships.
Oversee the development of evolving customer relationship management (CRM) and partnership relationship management (PRM) platforms, including data input, structure, and vendor management.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of the data available through the system’s CRM and PRM platforms and other market-insight resources to help develop audience-centric strategies for consumers and physicians.
Collaborate with the marketing director to support Marketing and Communications members and ensure that all plans are data-driven, highly targeted, on-brand, on-message, and designed to drive growth in awareness, preference, usage, and physician referrals.
Continually assess the data for market insights to develop a 360-degree understanding of our key audiences.
Work closely with the marketing automation specialist to develop personas and customer journey maps and implement best practices in integrating email, SMS and other push strategies into campaigns.
Manage the relationship with our CRM company and serve as the liaison for Marketing Communications.
We seek a Marketing Insights Manager with the following credentials:
Five or more years of experience in data-driven, precision marketing strategies, CRM, or related platforms, market research execution, and multi-channel marketing strategies
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field of study
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
Proven record of success working with a high volume of data from multiple sources
Data-focused mindset, the ability to work with large data sets, and the skill to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across departments
Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to multiple, disparate stakeholders to drive decision-making
Ability to obtain market and consumer insights to inform comprehensive, service-line marketing and other audience segmentation and outreach strategies
Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and other analytics tools
Relevant experience in the field of healthcare
