Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.

Job Summary
The Sr. Product Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing, supports Velocare by creating brand awareness and generating sales leads. Product and Solutions Marketing team members accomplish this by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies; evaluating product performance and making recommendations to drive revenue and earnings; managing commercialization activities such as positioning, promotion, and sales enablement; and executing market research to inform go-to-market strategy. This role is also responsible for the Velocare tradeshow and conference strategy, developing marketing and sales collateral, owning the brand strategy, formulating RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate on communications strategies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement marketing strategies, working in collaboration with a cross-functional team
Demonstrate knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building business and marketing plans and incorporating the customer buying journey
Perform market research and gather customer insights and internal feedback to inform strategy
Identify and remain current on relevant market and industry trends
Monitor, evaluate, and measure success of marketing strategies, programs, services, and solutions
Manage commercialization activities such as positioning, promotion (campaigns, tradeshows) and sales enablement
Develop and execute tradeshow and conference strategy
Develop and manage project plans to complete work on time and on budget
Negotiate and manage relationships with outside vendors
Qualifications
5 years' experience developing and executing successful growth strategies preferred
Comfortable writing your own playbook as Velocare's first wholly-dedicated marketing professional
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
