Hospital Sisters Health System is searching for a System Director of Marketing and Brand Experience. This role is brand new to HSHS with the ability to truly make it your own and build something meaningful with the marketing team at HSHS. This role holds responsibility for creating data-driven marketing strategy, creative services, and efficiencies of the HSHS print shop. This opportunity offers flexibility with a hybrid role offering work from home options with willingness to come into the HSHS System Office in Springfield, IL. This role reports directly to the SVP Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned collaborative marketing professional with previous leadership experience. This leader would be comfortable in a matrix environment, collaborating with other leaders within the system. The ideal candidate also has experience with digital marketing, CRM selection as well as implementation, and has a passion for developing and leading high performing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
Master’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
5 or more years of experience running marketing campaigns, using analytics and research to measure results is required; experience in healthcare is preferred.
Previous leadership experience is required.
