Visit Hendricks County (VHC) is hiring a Director of Marketing Strategy to serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of the official destination management organization for Hendricks County, IN. This position researches, develops, creates and implements the planning, direction, and review of all marketing, communications, sales and public relations activities of VHC. They will serve on the leadership team of VHC working alongside other internal departments to create and implement a strategic vision and support the organizational goals.   Duties: Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making while leading the marketing, sales, communication and public relations initiatives of the organization.
