Hiba Academy Bay Area is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our founding leadership team! We are hiring a Director of Admissions and Marketing to help shape the future of bilingual education in the San Francisco Bay Area.

About Hiba Academy Bay Area:

Opening in Fall 2026, Hiba Academy Bay Area is a pioneering bilingual (English-Chinese) international school serving Pre-K to Grade 5. As part of a global network with a 160-year legacy of educational excellence, our mission is to shape a better world through innovative, high-quality education.

Role Overview:

As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will be a core driver for developing the admissions strategy, leading, implementing, and measuring all aspects of the school's marketing strategic plan and delivering annual enrollment targets of our innovative bilingual school. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract families aligned with our values and vision
• Defining and leading the admissions/marketing function to reach our target capacity of 400 students
• Building our school's enrollment marketing process from the ground up.
