Job Description
The Assistant Director, Marketing and Programming, isresponsible for executing an effective marketing strategy for all activitiesand functions in the Institute and its particular development of JesuitSources. The Assistant Director will apply the mission and vision of theInstitute in the development of ideas and themes to enhance programming, itsweb presence, and its successful growth through facilitating expandedavailability of Jesuit Sources. Reporting to the Director, the AssistantDirector will work closely with all of the Institute's staff in the executionof programming and marketing materials, with special emphasis upon thepromotion of Jesuit Sources and the upkeep of the Institute's websites. TheAssistant Director will be responsible for implementing the Institute's printand online communications, including projects that require creativedirection. He/she is charged with assisting in the expansion of overallvisibility of the Institute, aiming to increase participation in its variousprograms and events, as well as increasing sales at Jesuit Sources and customertraffic to it webstore. A key strategy for this expansion requires theAssistant Director to have knowledge of and ability to utilize media to promotethe wide spectrum of the Institute's programs.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $57,800 to $72,250;salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3-years of marketing and programming experience following the completion of an undergraduate degree.
Experience/exposure working with a variety of internal and external relationships.
Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and balance priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively across expertise areas and functions.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
