TITLE: Marketing Specialist

PAY RANGE: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE

SCHEDULE: Hybrid work schedule offered. First 90 Days Monday - Thursday in-office. After that time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office and up to 3 days remote.

SUMMARY:
Playing a hands-on role, this position is pivotal to the success of our marketing, communication, and digital strategy teams. The successful candidate will collaborate interdepartmentally to create, implement, track and optimize our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the director of marketing to create, deploy, analyze and optimize email campaigns across all audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team and internal business units to help develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Update and develop content for all association websites to engage members and support marketing objectives.
Create content, both digital (e.g. email, web, video, etc.) and traditional (e.g. printed materials, slide decks, mailers, etc.), to drive revenue and support marketing initiatives.
Work with graphic designers to produce content and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines.
Work within project timelines to meet deadlines and assist with the development of project timelines.
Serve as a point of contact for internal business units and communicate project updates.
Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget.
Attend association trade shows and promotional events, as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
3 years marketing experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Experience with email platforms (e.g. Hubspot, MailChimp, Adestra) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for consistency.
Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
