Reporting to the Associate Head of School for External Affairs the Director of Marketing and Communications is ahighly visible and deeply engaged leader. The Director will be a source of ideas inspiration and expertise for keypartners across campus and is broadly responsible for ensuring the quality consistency and effectiveness of ConcordAcademy’s communications and marketing efforts. The Director manages a creative team that anticipates and serves the needs of internal clients including AdmissionsAdvancement Academics and Student Life the Head of School and the Board of Trustees. The Director is customer-focused maintains high standards and provides creative direction beyond the modes of communications and marketingtraditionally employed by independent schools. As a member of the Leadership Council the Director will serve as a valuedthought partner to colleagues and be intimately involved in the life of the school. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and the position must be performed on site.
