Dear Prospective Candidate,
Galderma, in collaboration with USC's Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics marketing. During this 12 month fellowship, the fellow will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Training & Education, Data Analytics, and Loyalty (Professional & Consumer) to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and product adoption. This Fellowship position will be based at Galderma’s corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
The Marketing fellow will have the opportunity to:
Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans for medical aesthetics products.
Collaborate with the Market Research team to gather and analyze market data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform marketing strategies.
Support the creation of promotional materials, including digital content, print materials, and sales force training resources.
Participate in the planning and execution of medical conferences, advisory boards, and other key marketing events.
Execute market research initiatives including questionnaire development and insight analysis
Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers to gather feedback on products and marketing campaigns.
Work with the Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure all marketing materials and activities are compliant with relevant regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Monitor the competitive landscape and provide regular updates to the marketing team on industry trends and competitor activities.
Fellows in our program will also benefit from the academic component at the USC Mann School, one of the nation's leading schools of pharmacy. Opportunities include taking graduate courses, lecturing at USC Mann School, and engaging with the strong network of USC alumni.

Eligibility requirements:
To be admitted to the USC Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship programs, the candidate must:
Have completed a PharmD, MD, or PhD in applicable field from an accredited university within 5 years of starting the fellowship
Good oral and written communication skills, ethics, professionalism, leadership, and an interest in the biopharmaceutical industry
Minimum GPA of 3.0
